Join us in Winston-Salem on August 13-14 for the 2026 CAI-NC Annual Conference & Expo!

The 2026 Expo is now open for all CAI member business partners.  Non-member registration will open on May 1st. Community Manager and Homeowner Registration will also open on May 1st. 

To register as a exhibitor, please start by viewing the expo map and choosing your top 5 options.  You can preview the expo map here: https://caincexpo2026.expofp.com/. Two attendees are included with your exhibitor booth.  You can add an additional 4 team member (maximum of 6 attendees). See example below.


 


Tentative exhibitor schedule:

Thursday

11:00 - 3:00 Expo Load in

4:30 - 6:00 Sip and Stroll (early expo hour)

6:00- 8:00 Welcome Party & Seal of Distinction Awards (no external events during this time)

Friday

7:30 - 8:15 AM: Second Expo Session: Early Bird Expo & Grab 'n Go Breakfast

8:30 AM:  President's Welcome

7:30 AM- 1:30 PM Free Head Shots for all

10:45 AM - 11:45 AM Third Expo Session

11:45 AM  Exhibitor Lunch in the Expo Hall  (for Exhibitors ONLY)

12:30 - 1:30 PM LAC UPDATE and "PCAM" WALK Exhibitors welcome to the Ballroom at 12:30 to join managers and board members for after-lunch programming and celebration.

Exhibitor load-in opens: 11:00 AM; must conclude by 3:00 PM

Attendee registration opens: 3:00 PM  

Optional pre-conference Manager Speed Dating event: 1:30 PM   

First main event: 4:00 - 7:30 PM   

FRIDAY: 

8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
