Thursday, August 21, 2025:

1:45 pm: Manager Speed Dating Event (Independent event with separate registration). 

Aloft Coastline Hotel

12:00-3:00 pm: Exhibitor Load-in

3:30-5:30 pm: Headshots Station open (main corridor)

3:30 pm: Attendee Check-in opens– Wilmington Convention Center (WCC)

4:15 pm – 5:30: "Sip & Stroll" Expo Preview (WCC)

-quick first hello to exhibitors and fellow attendees

6:00 - 8:00 pm: Welcome Party in Ballroom at WCC

-CAI-NC Awards Presentations  

-Two drinks & heavy hors d’ oeuvres on us!

10:45 am: Expo Session Three

11:45 am: Attendee Buffet Luncheon (Ballroom)

1:30 pm: Learning Session Three - your choice of topics

2:30 pm: Iced Coffee Bar & Snacks
