About our Speakers

Heather Dinich - Senior Writer & Analyst, ESPN
Author of Never Flinch: On Football, Family & Finding My Seat at the Table

Drawing on her experiences balancing motherhood with the demands of a high-profile journalism career, she will offer an honest perspective on career resilience, navigating challenges, and creating opportunities in competitive professional environments. Her message will encourage women to trust their abilities, embrace their ambitions, and persevere through obstacles while defining success on their own terms.

Dawn Bauman, CAE - CEO, Community Associations Institute

With a more than two decades of leadership at CAI, Bauman is a recognized authority on the community association housing model. She advances a vision centered on global expansion, governance modernization, safety and sustainability, professional excellence, innovation, and effective advocacy to ensure community associations remain resilient and well governed. It's easy to understand why we think she is the perfect person to lead the peer discussion at our first-ever women in the industry summit.
