I have spent more than 30 years working in property management, real estate operations and business ownership, with experience ranging from onsite and multi-site management to regional leadership and owner-operator roles.

Today, I am a Property Manager and North Carolina Real Estate Broker with Tessier Group in Asheville. I work with condominium and homeowners associations throughout Western North Carolina, helping Boards stay organized, manage day-to-day operations and make well-informed decisions for their communities.

My experience includes budgeting and financial oversight, Board and owner communication, vendor and maintenance management, property inspections, capital projects, association operations, leasing and multi-property leadership. Earlier in my career, I led as many as 10 Community Managers overseeing approximately 2,250 units and worked with properties across several major markets.

I enjoy working closely with Boards, homeowners and vendors to find practical solutions, improve communication and keep communities moving forward.

In addition to community association management, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and assist buyers, sellers, homeowners and investors throughout Western North Carolina. My property-management background provides an additional perspective on association-governed communities, property condition, operating costs and long-term ownership.
