I have been part of community management for over thirty years.  While some things change - AI, QR codes and so forth, some things never change and that is professionalism and respect.  I have managed associations in Washington DC, Bethesda and Potomac Maryland and then moved to North Carolina where i just had to get back to something that I enjoy  I strive to improve the associations that I manage - to raise the bar - from the curb appeal to the boards being educated on what their role is and what their documents say  My mantra with boards is "what do the documents say."  In raising the bar, I have done that for myself  I am now working on my PCAM.  I love to learn and to challenge myself.  Hopefully, before fall, I will have achieved the PCAM status. 

I live in unincorporated Davidson, NC with my husband, Phil and three dogs (2 are his and 1 is mine).  We love to entertain and our friends from back in Pennsylvania, where I first lived often come and stay with us. Our children are scattered, Oregon, South Carolina and Virginia.  

I love to read, water color and some gardening as well as charity events.
